Dr. Rajat Maheshwari is a microbiologist with expertise in probiotics, microbial-based product development, biofertilizers, and molecular biology. He is the Director & Co-Founder of Genomia Diagnostics Research Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, where he focuses on research and innovation in diagnostics, probiotics, and biotechnology applications. He also serves as a Counselor at IGNOU (Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi), mentoring students in microbiology and biotechnology.
He holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, with research on plant growth-promoting endophytic bacteria in Pisum sativum and Cicer arietinum. His academic background includes an M.Sc. in Industrial Microbiology from Aligarh Muslim University and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Mangalayatan University, Aligarh. His research interests include microbial interactions in plant systems, biocontrol mechanisms, and microbial enzyme production.
Dr. Maheshwari has contributed to the development of probiotic strains for human and animal health, focusing on gut microbiome modulation and disease prevention. Dr. Asif Anas

Dr. Asif Anas is a distinguished microbiologist and expert in fermentation technology, with deep-rooted expertise in molecular diagnostics and microbial biotechnology. He holds a Ph.D. in Life Sciences from Jamia Millia Islamia and an M.Sc. in Enzyme and Fermentation Technology from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), where he specialized in industrial fermentation, enzyme production, and bioprocess optimization.
With a strong foundation in microbial fermentation, enzyme kinetics, strain improvement, and downstream processing, Dr. Anas has played a pivotal role in the development of RT-PCR diagnostic assays and advanced molecular pathogen detection techniques. His research spans bioprocess development, environmental biodegradation, antibiotic resistance profiling, and enzymatic inactivation strategies.
As the Co-founder and Director of Genomia Diagnostics Research Pvt. Ltd., he spearheads diagnostic innovation with a focus on precision molecular and microbiological testing. Dr. Shahbaz Khan

Dr. Khan’s academic and research trajectory is deeply rooted in molecular endocrinology and disease genetics, with a strong focus on Type 2 Diabetes. His doctoral research involved the genetic polymorphism analysis of diabetes-associated genes across geographically diverse Indian populations, contributing valuable insights into gene-disease associations relevant to metabolic disorders. Concurrently, he served as a DST-SERB Junior Research Fellow, where he worked on a project investigating the molecular crosstalk between autophagic and apoptotic pathways in breast cancer cells, employing advanced techniques in mammalian cell culture, gene expression profiling, and therapeutic response evaluation.
